quick and informative and they provided handouts for us to review on our own time and take our time to decide if we want to join. they described the training they had to offer and asked if I had any further questions. It was clear and concise and to the point.

I met with the te leader. We went over everything!!! For a new agent, that’s a big deal. I felt so comfortable and knew that I would be in good hands. 6 years later, I feel exactly the same
DISC personality test and interview with the broker, questions about past sales history and experience, talk about past sales, and talk about sales, and talk about sales related to real estate
Decent people, but more of a focus on your personal network and whether or not you can bring clients when looking to join an already established team. If I already had a good network of potential clients I likely wouldn't be looking to join a team to begin with. I was and remain most interested in gaining valuable industry experience more than anything else.
