The interviewer was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the prospect of bringing me onto the team. The interview was brief and to the point. We reviewed my background and discussed what it takes to be successful as an agent.

Interview was very quick and casual. They asked me the expected questions: “where do you see yourself in 5 years” “what do you want to accomplish with real estate” and questions like this. They hire you on the spot
