I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Baltimore, MD) in June 2020
Interview
It was very pushy and happened way too quickly. The girl I interviewed with was arrogant, acted like she was doing me a huge favor. At the end of the day, it was a low paying cold calling job that I had no interest in. Seemed very pyramid schemey and there were major red flags.

Question 1
What is an eample of a time you failed to meet a goal at work?
There were many people to meet and the interview process was lengthy. They are curious about your own aspirations and goal setting as well as previous experience.
There were multiple interviews and each one was very long.
It was very relaxed, and it was a great experience for any new time realtor. Id recommend being prepared and knowing the questions you can to ask too. They like when you interact and ask about their company
Easy and laid back. They want you, you do the interviewing. Kinda strange but you hold the chips. Interview with more than one company if you can and make the best decision for you and your family. It is more about who you go into business with.
