I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams in Dec 2019
Interview
Rigorous- it included several rounds of interviews and talking with references. Plus you have to take an aptitude test as well, to see how you fit in. A bit intimidating process overall.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
How much do you have to make for it to be worthwhile?
Several one on one interviews and then interview with multiple higher level employees. Also a personality test to start. It does seem a lot for the type of position and pay.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical questions about strengths and weaknesses. Projects you worked on.
A bunch of psychological tests that they already know the answers to by the time you get to the interview. They will then ask you questions about yourself, only for them to then tell you that they knew you were never qualified for the job, thus wasting 2 hours of your time.
Extremely long, with many meetings. I'd say it was very intensive for a pretty low risk position. Not really worth the time unless you are 100% sure you want the position.
