I applied online. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Solon, OH) in May 2022
Interview
What a terrible process. Applied through indeed, and had a phone interview a few days later. Was invited to do the KPA assessment which is a 45 minute personality test. It’s not hard, just tedious and time consuming. Went into the market center aka the office a few days later to go over the results of that test. That took 1.5 hours. A lot of “tell me about a time” questions. It’s been almost 3 weeks, and I have not heard anything back. I emailed about a status update but nothing but crickets. I sincerely hate this company and would not consider using them as a real estate agent in the future.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a co-worker
Several one on one interviews and then interview with multiple higher level employees. Also a personality test to start. It does seem a lot for the type of position and pay.

Question 1
Typical questions about strengths and weaknesses. Projects you worked on.
A bunch of psychological tests that they already know the answers to by the time you get to the interview. They will then ask you questions about yourself, only for them to then tell you that they knew you were never qualified for the job, thus wasting 2 hours of your time.
Extremely long, with many meetings. I'd say it was very intensive for a pretty low risk position. Not really worth the time unless you are 100% sure you want the position.
