Assessment center - Duration : 2h30
we were less than 10 people during the assessment.
1st exercise : introduce our "neighbor" and define him/her
2nd exercise : work on a strategy for a brand new company in 30 minutes and then pitch it in 2 minutes.
3rd exercise : present an innovative concept of HR management (application, process...)

First it was 30 minutes a introductory interivew by an HR, and then it will be followed by the manager of the HR team which is either 30 minutes or 45 minutes

Phone interview mix with an interview with manager. Mainly asking about work and past job while giving scenarios for you to solve. Long wait and very slow response though but overall not bad
