bear in mind this always changes. For us we were in a room with about 10 applicants, they split us into 2 groups, and we had to work together to solve a process problem. We drew out our solution and presented it to the Hr manager and department manager. They wanted to see our problem solving skills, how we interacted with each other, and critical eye.

There were no individual questions other than to introduce ourselves and say one thing that was interesting about us (we were interviewed as a group).
The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.
