only had one interview. They have a stern in office hybrid model and wouldn't consider more creative options to meet the hybrid needs. The questions asked were relevant to the position being hired and my previous experience. I wish I would have gotten the opportunity to talk to someone on the team in leadership rather than HR.

2 conversations with HR and leadership. Not very concrete and more evaluatory in terms of softer skills and thought process. You need to be aware of the general topics in beauty, tech, ecommerce and consumer trends.
