Online application. The competency test included 3 questions: 2 in text 1 via video. There was no time limit, and you can change your questions anytime before submitting. The questions were like explain a mistake you have made, whatdid you learn?

Question 1
Describe a situation in which you had a problem outside of your comfort zone an you were able to overcome it with a creative solution.
I had to submit my CV and a covering letter which included why I thought I fit the role, my motivation for applying to L'Oreal and past work experience.
I was then invited to sit a situational judgement test & a numerical test.
Failed the numerical test as was very time constrained and difficult - but the situational judgement was fine.
