I recently interviewed with L'Oreal and unfortunately, I had a negative experience. During the interview, the interviewer did not pay attention to anything I presented and ignored me throughout the process. As a job candidate, I believe it's important to be given a fair chance to showcase my skills and experience, regardless of any personal characteristics. Unfortunately, I did not feel this way during my interview with L'Oreal. I was disappointed by the lack of attention and respect shown to me, and I felt that my sexual orientation was a factor in the way I was treated. Discrimination in any form is unacceptable, and I would encourage L'Oreal to take a closer look at its interview process and ensure that all candidates are treated with professionalism and respect. Despite my negative experience, I still believe that L'Oreal is a reputable brand and has a lot to offer. However, I hope that my feedback can be used constructively to improve the interview process for future candidates and prevent discrimination from happening again.
