Interview
Went to a career fair, got a phone call that same day, saying I had an interview with them. There were two stages of the interview. First with some engineers and then I talked to their HR people. The leading engineer was really rude and I did not get the internship.
The interview process was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Every conversation felt thoughtful, respectful, and engaging, with clear communication throughout. It left a strong impression of professionalism, warmth, and opportunity. Sadly i didnt get an offer
El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
