I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Melbourne) in Apr 2015
Interview
Terrible, too fast paced. Sort of like organising cattle. We were given 10 minutes to prepare for a 3 minute preso where only 3 people out of a group of 8 could present. Inaccurate judgement of skills in my opinion. Many people could be heard talking over each other to be heard, making it a huge mess
