LANCER SCOTT interview questions

I was asked about experience and how it translates to this role. I was asked how I motivate myself and if I have any needs to make the job work for me.

Great overall interview experience. I felt it wasn't overly corporate or formal, but still felt professional. Was immediately put at ease and understood it was somewhere I wanted to work. I had interviewed for similar roles elsewhere and felt like I was under interrogation!
