Labcorp Industry Postdoc interview questions

Submitted a standard application and received an invitation for phone interview approximately 1 month later. Conducted the first round of interviews and then waited a month over the holidays to conduct the final round of interviews. At this time, I was informed that I was still under consideration. I was then ghosted by the company for 8 weeks. I emailed many times, but never received any form of response. Only when I informed them that I had found another position was I told they didn't have a match.
