The process began with an email from HR to schedule an interview call. The next stage was a phone conversation. During the call, I had the impression that the HR representative was not familiar with the specifics of the role and was unsure what questions to ask. Overall, the conversation felt very cold and unproductive. Despite my CV matching all the stated criteria—and even exceeding them—I was rejected.
Six months later, I came across another job posting that closely matched my skills and professional interests. I applied again, this time using a different email address because I had forgotten the password to my previous account. Once again, I was selected for an initial call. However, when the HR representative realized that we had already spoken six months earlier, she immediately lost interest and did not ask any job-related questions. It felt as though being rejected once automatically disqualified me from applying to the company again, regardless of my qualifications or the time that had passed.
Very unprofessional HR.
