I had my first interview on June. It was about mostly STAR format questions. It was a fifty minutes long interview and I did my best, but I haven't heard anything from them.

Interview
I talked with a recruiter first, she talked about the job posting, then asked me why I want to work at Labcorp, what skills do I have in a laboratory, availability etc. 2 days passed, got a call for an onsite interview for the following week, two hr interview. I met the hr manager and a supervisor. Questions were entry level questions, STAR.

Interview
Two-part interview process. First, a phone call with recruiter (questions related to educational experience, thoughts on animal testing, etc.) to see if they want to move forward with you. Second part involves two separate back-to-back video-call interviews with two different supervisors. First supervisor explains in detail the positions and expectations. Both interviewers ask STAR format behavioral questions.

STAR format questions (i.e. What is a strength you have; a weakness?; how would you address a safety violation by a colleague?; Name a time that you worked with a diverse group of people to achieve a goal?).
I recommend researching different STAR format questions online and thinking about how you would answer them. Prepare yourself ahead of time to answer questions in this format.
