Interview
After applying about 2.5 weeks later I was called in for an interview. It was conducted in small cramped backroom area at a supervisors desk and behavioral work place questions were asked.

Interview
I spoke with the talent acquisition representative initially and then with the lab director and lab manager the very next day. Both interviews were conducted over the phone and every individual I spoke with was very warm, comfortable and easy to talk to. I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted to so I could really make a good decision between two attractive job offers. After speaking with the lab manager and director in the second interview, the talent acquisition representative called me with an offer the same day. They are very efficient and kind in their interviewing process.

Applied to the compant online. Got a phone call from HR to come for an interview a couple weeks later. Was asked a series of questions they had printed out. Never got a call back.
