I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Raritan, NJ) in Apr 2017
Interview
Fairly informal interview where the department manager met with me, talked about the job and my previous experience, and then took me on a tour of the facility and the associated departments where I'd be likely working. Was given informal offer of employment (pending BG investigation, drug test, etc) that day.

Interview
I applied for an entry level job at this company and, thankfully, I got a phone call interview opportunity. The recruiter was very nice and attentive to listening during the interview. However, his communication skills isn't really the best. During the interview, he decided to cut off the interview because I did not
"meet" one of the criteria, even though I asked about that point and had the green light to proceed in the recruitment process. He should have at least continued the interview to have all the information necessary, and then double check his resources before making the final judgement. I followed up with him via texting and emailing and didn't ever bother responding to my clarification. Completely unprofessional of him.

Interview
I applied online and received a call the same day from the HR department. They set up an interview that week. I interviewed with the laboratory supervisor. She was nice and asked all the normal interview questions. After the interview she gave me a tour of the lab. I thought the interview went very well but I never heard back from her.
