Interview
Primero te llaman por teléfono de RRHH y te hacen una serie de preguntas tipo screening sobre estudios, experiencia, conocimiento y aspiración salarial. Una semana más tarde te llaman para una segunda entrevista (si pasas el primer filtro) que se hace por vídeo conferencia con dos personas. La entrevista tiene tres partes, primero te preguntan sobre ti (estudios, experiencia, por qué esta empresa, etc). La segunda parte son STAR questions es decir darles ejemplos de situaciones reales que ellos te plantean y como las resolviste. Finalmente hicimos un Rol Play en el que te planteaban una situación problemática y tú tenías actuar para resolverla, proponer alternativas, etc.
Fueron muy amables y en general la entrevista muy completa.

Interview
After submitting my CV, I had a short introductory phone call with HR. This was followed by a second online interview with two line managers, which lasted about an hour. The interview was competency-based, using the STAR method, and concluded with a challenging role play. The overall application process was very smooth, and communication with HR was consistently excellent and fast.
