You will complete a phone screen with their HR department, who are located in Indiana. If you pass this, you will be scheduled an in-person interview at the location you are applying at. You will be asked many behavioral questions about your past experiences and how you handled certain issues.You will most likely be interviewed by a mix of in-person and telephone reviewers.

Interview
Interview was done virtually through WebEx . The questions were personality and behavior related questions as to working with teams. Some questions geared towards work style and ethics. Other questions were geared towards my experiences and how they fit with the direction of the company.
Initial one on one interview at a jobs program for Veterans, then a phone screen, then an on-site final interview. The first two basically asked the same type of behavioral questions.
