I applied online and my initial interview was done by phone. Within about a week I heard back from the recruiter and was scheduled for a panel interview. There were three people from Senior management that conducted the interview; it was in targeted selection format (hint: this is the format for all of the companies interviews, apparently). I was hired as a Program Specialist a week after my panel interview. Once hired I learned that typically for the Call Center Department all employees were typically first temporary staff hired through a staffing agency and then hired as a full time employee after at least working for 1 year or more temporarily.
