I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Maidenhead, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied via the agency and I had a first screening phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes and I had another phone interview the following week that lasted for an hour. Then I had a face to face interview that lasted an hour. 2 days after, I had fro the agency that they would like me to have another phone interview with another department as they are looking to outsource me to one of their other clients.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time where you had to get information from someone who wasn't very helpful. Tell me about a time when someone made an unreasonable request from you.
Two step process. They ask you a few questions over the phone (ie: how much travel are you willing to do), then schedule an in-person interview with 2 other people.

Tell me about a time when you failed at something.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Dallas, TX) in July 2021
Interview
Applied online and received a email a few days later for a screening interview with a recruiter. Once you pass the initial screening I proceeded to a 2 person panel interview with 2 DLM’s. The interview was about an hour long and included a run through of your resume, several behavioral based questions followed up with CRA related questions. It was a pleasant experience and the DLM’s were very nice and made the experience less stressful. A few days later I received a email with “good news” and received an offer. They are very competitive with salary which was great.

What top 3 items do you look at in a ISF with very limited time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2018
Interview
It was very straightforward. I was contacted by a recruiter who set up a time/day to talk to me on the phone. (screening) The screening phone call was about 35 to 40 mins. I was asked questions very specific to oncology since that is the therapeutic area I prefer to work in. After the screening, I received an email that day about scheduling a video interview with two line managers. That interview occurred about 1.5 weeks after my phone screen based on my availability. The interview was quite pleasant. I was asked questions by both line managers which were of course specific to oncology. Towards the end of the 1.5 hour interview, I made sure to ask a few questions that had crossed my mind such as how many protocols I would potentially work on. Within 2 business days, I was made an offer.
