Interview
A recruiter from Covance called me about the position. Although my experience doesn't match the JD they sent an invitation, enquired about my CTC. After looking at the JD, I again emailed the recruiter that my experience doesn't match with JD they still wanted me to attend the interview.
During the interview, hiring manager questions that my profile doesn't match the JD. Most of the candidates that are called do not match to the JD since I have talked with them. And they ask to join for lower CTC and also a commitment for 5 years. When you refuse to stay for 5 years. They bring up Loyalty, btw loyalty needs to be earned and it depends on your work culture and how you treat employees. How ethical is it to invite candidates and ask them to join for lower CTC.
Very bad experience from this MNC they collect PAN, Aadhaar, Pay slips, Relieving, Experiences certificates and education qualifications during the interview. I have never seen an MNC do that.
Unnecessary, I snubbed another interview to attend this interview. Not worth it.
