Interview
There was a long video call that was recorded for "training purposes" and I consented to - and then an IQ test was required. After that, I never heard back, even though I reached out twice.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Landerholm Immigration (Oakland, CA) in June 2022
Interview
The interview was taken with two managers, the conversation went smooth and more than an interview ended up being a conversation on previous experiences, the making-decision process and managing every day at work, specially working on a remote environment. Connection is very important, and interviewers and I felt instant connection, I ended up taking the job.

Question 1
Tell us about one time when you were in a difficult situation with a customer and how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Landerholm Immigration (Oakland, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Overall pleasant until the partner asked for the second round of the process to be a 2-3 hour IQ test, which I thought was declared illegal by the U.S. Supreme Court. Unsure what makes the partner think it is okay to ask that of any applicant, especially those who have passed the bar exam and have a Juris Doctorate degree. Big red flag. I did not continue with the process after this.

Question 1
Basic interview questions like previous experiences, very numbers driven on the amount of applications submitted to USCIS, etc.
