Disappointing Experience – Lack of Training and Unfair Dismissal

I regret to say that my experience with Landerholm Immigration was extremely disappointing. I was hired with the expectation of receiving proper training and support to perform my role effectively, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I was thrown into the job with little to no guidance, and when I struggled to meet expectations, I was dismissed without being given enough time or resources to improve. The lack of structured training made it impossible for me to succeed, and instead of offering constructive feedback or additional support, management opted to let me go after only a short period. It's frustrating because I was eager to learn and contribute, but the company didn’t invest in helping me develop the skills needed for the job. Overall, this experience left me feeling undervalued and unsupported. I wouldn't recommend working for this company unless you're prepared to figure everything out on your own with minimal guidance.
