Got ghosted after the 3rd interview. They were trying to get me in for an office interview the day after I applied. Recruiter said they understood that was short notice and said typically it's a phone screening first. I did a phone screening and two virtual interviews. And then haven't heard any update whatsoever even after following up.

They conducted an initial screening interview by phone. This was followed by several rounds of virtual interviews with leadership in the department and in the local office. They were mostly interested in my perspective on management style and professional practice in general; very few specific topical questions.
