Started with an on campus interview and then got a call for an interview panel. On campus went well. The panel was broken up into two panels. Due to a lack of experience, my genuine interest in any opportunity for exposure seemed to trigger an incredibly sarcastic attitude during the second panel. Considering it's an internship and their work is interdisciplinary, I felt I was being ridiculed for even applying. Every other aspect of this interview was positive, but this really killed the process. It also took weeks for responses following both interviews.
