Informal meeting to begin. Then a round table interview with all Principals to review experience and expectations. Very insightful and showcases the different styles and expectations of the senior management staff.

Received a phone call after receipt of my resume. Scheduled an interview, met with the land engineering department head and senior manager. Low key interview, basic questions regarding work history and poetential to bring in clients. Office/staff was typical of a mid sized consulting firm.
