I applied online and took a quick pre-employment screening test. I received an email to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter within a few days. Phone interview lasted about 20 minutes, recruiter was very nice and took time to answer questions. Scheduled an in person interview for the next day at the local office. Sat with two hiring managers and answered standard questions about my skill set and experience. Then sat with an employee to shadow my possible role before receiving an offer on the spot from the hiring manager.

First you have a phone interview that ask a few questions about past/ or personal experience and then they will schedule a face to face interview. During the face to face interview you meet with a Supervisor who ask you 3 questions typically about past job experience and they you get a third interview with 2 supervisors and you will sit with other reps on the phones to see what they do and if they like you will get an offer that day.
