Applied online, waited almost 3 weeks to get a generic rejection letter. Coming from a technical background I wasn't sure why I didn't get a first round interview. Very disappointed because this program seems to provide good training for recent graduates that will help them transition from school to industry.

First round of interviews was more of a behavioral interview - introduce yourself, tell me about a time when you had to work with people who had different technical views, tell me about a time when you had to resolve a conflict, how does your primary programming language influence your debugging/coding? Then they asked about your preferences on what field you want to be a part of (cybersecurity, devops, backend, frontend, fullstack) to place you in a team. I didn't make it to second round interviews lol
