The phone Interview and In-person interview asked the same exact questions. You had to describe specific situations in which you displayed leadership, independence, adaptability and other key qualities. It was more conversational than anything.

Pretty straight forward. I felt comfortable speaking about myself and answering questions. I felt my questions were answered appropriately. I would have liked more scenario based questions. Overall can’t complain

It was just awful. She called two hours earlier than scheduled, and I couldn’t understand half of what she was saying because her accent was so strong. The communication was so unclear that answering her questions became almost impossible.

Did not follow up, very difficult to schedule interview and get in touch with interviewer. Scheduling platform kept failing. Interview process was straight forward, did not follow up with me afterwards so i have no idea what happened.
