I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Mishawaka, IN) in July 2015
Interview
Recieved and e-mail from Liberty Mutual inviting me to a Hiring Event on Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Took an on-line assessment test before attending the event. Attended the event and was ushered into a room with other applicants. Meet with one person for five minutes or less. Sent back to the waiting room. Called to speak with another person. This was longer, more in-depth, but still not real long. Both were HR types. Never spoke to the hiring manager. Received an e-mail on July 14, 2015 saying "At this time, we have decided to pursue other candidates whose background and skills more closely match our requirements for this position." I have a MBA, a Property-Casualty insurance license, 10 professional designations in the Property-Casualty area and, perhaps most importantly, call center experience. How could they get 9 people in Mishawaka, Indiana that have a better background and skills set for the position? I wouldn't recommend anyone apply to Liberty Mutual nor would I recommend their products and services (If anyone has their Homeowners and/or Automobile insurance with Liberty Mutual, please call me. If I can't save you money, the next 10 rounds at the local bar are on me).
It was a good interview two managers asked questions with star method. They made me feel comfortable and were personable. It was around 45 minutes they wanted to ensure Liberty would be a long term goal for the applicant.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Plano, TX) in Aug 2023
Interview
Applied, assessment, over the phone interview with the recruiter. He asks 10-15 questions like you’re applying for citizenship. You go over all the details on the email that he sent out the an hour before interview, you go over pay, benefits, day to day, about an hour interview worst waste of time. They also put remote position online, however, then he tells you how the Company is going hybrid instead of remote, which is why I applied.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Why should we hire you? Why I wanted to leave my job. Ezekiel was quite elaborate. However, he asked too many questions I felt like I was interviewing for president of the U.S. or for the House of Representatives.
