I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA) in Feb 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter after an employee referral. Two days later I had a phone interview, which consisted mainly of standard behavioral questions and questions about why I was interested in Product Management and the program at Liberty. A couple of days later I was informed I made it to the next round at company headquarters in Boston. They brought in all the other prospective interns, and you get to talk with people who are currently in the Product Management Development Program. After, you go through a series of three more behavioral interviews, and do a case study. All in all it's a long day but the company is very professional and it's a good experience.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance
Interview
Short phone call with the recruiter (30 minutes) and an interview (1 behavioral and 1 case interview) at the office. The phone call consisted of typical behavioral questions and the interviewer was very easy to talk to. The final interview lasted about 4 hours long. It started with a small breakfast and followed by a shadowing session with a current employee and then a formal interview. Everyone in my interviewing group was given a packet of graphs to analyze-- the goal was to resolve a question regarding hypothetical company. We had 25 minutes to go through it all and then split off into our interviewing groups (2 per candidate). They began by asking me to go through the data, and to explain to them my thought process. After I made my formal proposal, we went along to the behavioral part (most of which was pretty standard).

Interview
All-day session with written case, verbal case, behavioral interviews, and an introductory information session. Candidates were also given the opportunity to speak to their potential teammates, which was a huge plus. There were roughly a dozen or so candidates in my class of which a third or so received offers.
