Applied online through both campus career services and the Liberty Mutual website. Had to complete an excel skills test but that was never brought up in the interview (I do not think I did well). Got an interview on campus. Had two back to back 45min behavioral interviews. Very laid back and casual. Great company culture.

What was one time you demonstrated leadership on a team
Quick and easy. Two hours - info session then two 45 min interviews. Mostly fit, 2 very easy accounting questions. Two different people interviewed - mostly fit questions. Asked about why Liberty and your background.

Interview
Started out with a couple of behavioral phone interviews. For the 3rd round interview they flew us out to Boston and had us interviewed a few times. The 3rd round questions comprised of both technical and behavioral questions.

Interview
I was able to get the interview through their undergraduate program that ended with an interview session. There were two interviews with one or two technical questions but mainly focused on situational questions.
