Recruiter phone screener, first-round case interview on zoom, final round in person. The case was pretty basic and the interviewer offered support throughout the interview. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Interview
It took me six months to get past the online screening process to even get invited for an interview even though my background and experience matched numerous positions. Once inside, I found the professionals I interviewed with knowledgable, passionate about their work, and realistic about the challenges and opportunities within the organization. I felt that the Human Resources professionals who dictated the pace of the process and general interaction were the weak link in the process.
