I had a 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter. I was super excited because I'm in the middle of a career change, and I was referred by a current employee who loves working here. It seemed like such a great fit. The phone call was through Teams and I felt like my interviewer was just not interested in talking to me at all. I thought I gave pretty good answers to the basic STAR method questions, however she did cut me off a couple times. I was told I would hear in 3-5 business days if I made it to the next interview. 3 days later, I was told I didn't move on. I was pretty disappointed.

Did not follow up, very difficult to schedule interview and get in touch with interviewer. Scheduling platform kept failing. Interview process was straight forward, did not follow up with me afterwards so i have no idea what happened.

It was just awful. She called two hours earlier than scheduled, and I couldn’t understand half of what she was saying because her accent was so strong. The communication was so unclear that answering her questions became almost impossible.
