Quick! - asked the usual questions why SPW etc. not many technical questions. Overall it went well. Team was welcoming and interview was more conversational. Recieved an offer but went with another opportunity.

Applied for the job, a few emails with a recruiter later I was invited to an online interview. More of an informal chat just to get an idea of my previous experience.
A week or so later I was invited to an in person interview. A lot more formal, generic interview questions. A bit more in depth on my experience and skills. A little code review. Very positive experience.
I found out I got the job maybe a week later.

Competency based. High focus on client centricity. Lots of opportunity for client contact both inbound and outbound so important that you're comfortable being client facing. Admin tasks also part of the role.
