It was a calm competency based interview something that most people expect from an interview for a software engineer. The people doing the interview were lovely and made a very casual environment

Fairly casual. They began asking about myself, then why I wanted the job, et cetera. Following this, they jumped into multiple technical questions for me to answer ending with a coding question to write on the whiteboard
