I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Denver, CO) in Dec 2016
Interview
They flew me out to Denver for a new grad hiring event. They separated us into rooms and the hiring managers talked to each of us at least twice. The interviews lasted about 30 minutes or more, they were mostly nontechnical since the hiring managers were not engineers themselves.

Question 1
Describe a time when you were faced with an conflict in a group setting. How did you resolve it? (answer it in STAR format)
Received a prescreening email, asking questions pertaining to the position, I responded to the questions. A few weeks later, received another email tell me I was no longer under consideration.
Phone call, interview, offer. Interview was very easy questions about how you would approach different situations but nothing too specific needed or challenging. As long as you are somewhat prepared with examples of difficult situations you'll be fine.
They described a bit about the role, and then asked standard interview questions, followed by consenting to a background check. nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer was friendly and took a real interest in what I had to say.
