I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (King of Prussia, PA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Was flown out, given rental car and hotel room. Next morning I joined an entire group of college seniors, about 30 of us, for breakfast and a presentation about the company and business group. Dress was business formal: suit and tie for guys and skirt/slacks with blouse for women. We were introduced to the hiring managers who gave brief descriptions about their work, and were split up for one-on-one interviews with the managers. I had several interviews lasting around 45 minutes to an hour. The interviews were pretty casual, the formal questions were STAR behavioral. They were very interested in interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team. Be sure to have some specific examples you can offer. A couple questions about basic software engineering concepts. But for the most part it was an open discussion about my interests and career goals. Didn't have to do any whiteboarding. There was water, coffee and light refreshments available to grab between interview sessions.
There was also a recent college hire there to talk to us more informally about what it was like working at Lockheed Martin. The event ended around noon and we were given lunch and some swag before leaving. The hiring managers met to make their hiring decisions immediately after the event. Lockheed Martin reimburses miscellaneous travel expenses, like meals at airports, and parking. Was told we could expect to hear back in two weeks.
I heard back from the recruiter within the next week, and received an offer, which I accepted.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Apr 2023
Interview
one interview with hiring manager; pretty easy; coding at the end and most conversational questions. For eg. what makes you fit for the role? Interests? Also talk about your projects and past experience of working in a team.
It went very well, it was virtual. Friendly and not intimidating. Applying for entry level. There were several candidates interviewing on the call and each got a moment in a breakout room with the interviewer. Only one interviewer. No technical interview.
