Interview
Super easy and straightforward. Not awkward and long with weird questions. The phone interview went quickly. The background checks, physical and drug test took some time and so did the security clearance to get into the place.
Over the phone interview followed by a job offer and few days later. Offered relocation payout along with sign-on bonus. Downside would have to be the lay offs which have been happening a lot lately
