Interview
I was forwarded the name of the contract house listing the open position, DCR Workforce, sent my resume and received a call from the hiring manager. I was interviewed by two people and was offered the job over the phone during the initial call. The start date was delayed by a week because they were not ready for some reason.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Denver, CO) in June 2024
Interview
First they review your resume and decide if you get a phone interview which lasts 30 mins. If the phone interview goes well you do a video interview that lasts about an hour. I am still waiting for results

Brief phone screen and a 45 min interview with two managers and one other engineer. Very similar to other defense companies. Typical situational and technical questions were asked. The interview was conducted on Zoom.

I participated in job event at Lockheed martin. There were about 3 to 4 standard questions. Interview was lasted about 20 minutes. There were no technical questions. It was my first interview and that was a great experience.
