I had a 45 minute STAR interview with the hiring manager for the position. The specific STAR questions they asked were picked based off of their impression of my resume.

Tell us about a time where you saw something that could go wrong and what you did about it.
I got a call and email from a recruiter and then was given a scheduled interview. I was then asked 4 questions that were all behavior based. From there I was given about 30 minutes to ask my own questions.

Starts with a brief introduction on the company and the team, what the job responsibilities entail, etc. About 5 behavior questions, and answers should be in STAR Format. Overall not hard.

Very good experience even though I did not receive the job. Interview went well and very smoothly. Interview was on microsoft teams with the hiring manager and two members of the team.
