I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in July 2015
Interview
The interview was conducted in a cubicle in the recruiting center, and was between me and the hiring manager only. For the first 30 minutes he just told me about the position in great detail and gave me space to ask questions. Then he began asking me questions about my personality and experience, but that only lasted another 15 minutes.
My interview was strictly behavioral and was done by the senior manager of my team. They honestly didn’t ask anything super technical just the usual follow ups on the contents of my resume. It was honestly pretty easy all things considered.

Question 1
Describe a time you learned a fundamental skill and then in a project applied it in a more complex way
The interview process was very professional and easy to navigate to. It was done via Skype and you will likely be speaking to a hiring manager. The questions were more logical and a background of there systems was given.

What parts of the given system are you responsible for as the systems engineer?
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
The interview was very laid back. They explained what I would work on as a Systems Engineer. It was more of a discussion than an interview. It seemed like the manager was trying to sell me the job.
