I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Mount Laurel, NJ) in Dec 2023
Interview
Applied and a month later I to schedule an interview in LEO the virtual assistance.
The interview went great, the interviewer was one of the most sweet person that I ever meet. All questions where behavioral no technical questions asked. My recommendation its just be natural and talk about past experiences. Something to have into consideration, if you are coming from a CS this position does not involve any coding. But they look from people with this background because it's helps a lot having the knowledge.
After the interview they where going with a few budget cuts problems and I was aware of that, but two months went by and never received any notification, so I went with another company.
