MDPI Researcher interview questions

The first two stages where actually really good, it was a screening call followed by a group interview, then the final stage was some on the spot brainstorming of a research problem. They positioned this as collaborative but it's not, you need to sort of figure out what they want you to get to with minimal help, not bad but the way it's positioned and the questions asked could be alot clearer. The issue for me is promising to come back on a certain date then not. Almost a month wait for final decision
