It started with sharing a video of you introducing yourself. This is a UK company, so I guess they needed an idea of how well you spoke english - because that was a solid requirement.
Then we were given a task to build an application - I think on an existing codebase. After I finished with that, we had a simple interview - a bit technical and friendly, and I got a job offer about 2 weeks later.

Interview
Takes two days once you're through the initial face to face or telephone call.
Asked to do routine, basic operational stuff focused on object orientated php. Bespoke, by the way, hardly anything uses a framework in here.
