I applied via an email that went to a recruiter. About a month later I was shown samples of the work I would be doing, and asked if that kind of work interested me. It did. The work was really cool-looking. The interview, on the surface, focused on my work, what I had made, what kind of technologies I had used & where my skills were at. Really they were listening for behavior, attitude & fit.
