First was the online application, followed by the questionaire / personality assessment.
Then an email to schedule an in-person interview.
Face to face interviews with two floor/department managers and then checking to see if any seasonal spots were available.

I did a walk-in job interview during the hiring job fair. I applied for the job on their computer kiosk. Then they put me in for an interview on the same day.

Interview
Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
