After a series of five or so of the most expected questions (what are you weaknesses? Why Macy's? etc.,) I made sure to highlight my desire to grow from within a company and emphasized that I was already a fairly loyal customer of Macy's in most of my answers. I was offered the job. Within a couple days I began training.
